New Limitations and Advantages

Power as Disadvantage

Whenever you put this limitation on a power, the power gives you points rather than costing you points. The limitation is worth (-2) if use of the power hurts the character and also directly helps the character’s enemies. The limitation is worth (-1) if it simply helps the character, but does not directly help the character’s enemies. It is worth nothing if it does not directly or indirectly help the character’s enemies. Example: A failed roll when using the Sword of the Furies transforms the spectral swordsmen into his patron, Difuge, one of the Furies. If the Fury shows up and becomes an ally to the Spectral Swordsman’s enemies, it’s worth -2. If the Fury shows up and prefers the Spectral Swordsman’s friends as targets, but really has no desire to help the Swordsmen’s friends, it’s -2. If the Fury just attacks whoever is closest, it’s -0. If the Swordsmen shows up and actually aids the Swordsmen (whether the Swordsmen wants this or not), it is a power (probably with the no conscious control limitation).
